It’s obvious to stay curious when you are on your first trek and we can’t deny that there can be different risks and challenges. However, almost everyone can be a part of our trekking groups; you can do it easily if you are physically and mentally prepared for it. Make sure to seek guidance regarding how to prepare for the trek, either from our experts or your trekker friends. Follow a fitness routine, get in touch with your trekking team in advance and join us to get the safest trekking experience.
We would suggest you to eat nutritious and wholesome meals on the trek. Carbohydrate rich food and dry fruits will keep you energized during the day. Keep drinking water and avoid caffeine and non-vegetarian food while trekking.
The requirement of the gears depends on the difficulty level of your trek. Generally, no special gears are required. You just need to have proper and comfortable clothing, a pair of hiking boots, a torch and a trekking pole/stick.
On treks the accommodation can be in tents, hotel, homestays, lodge, guesthouse, etc. We support locals and try to provide accommodations in homestays and lodges wherever possible. It also help our travelers to live the mountain life and explore the local culture.
The best season for trekking in depends on the particular kind of trekking experience you are looking to have. Planning a trekking trip in summer has its own excitement compared to those in winter. You can check our offerings to select your bet.
Solo trekking can be very challenging as you’ve to carry and do everything on your own. It requires a trained body and a good knowledge about the trail you are planning to explore. But yes, you can definitely go on a solo trek. We would suggest you to start with some short and easy level treks and then gradually increase the duration.
You must follow the basic safety rules. The expected obstacles in the trek would be uneven trails, steep slopes, small drains and dynamic weather conditions. It is recommended to hike with your eyes open.
It is good to book 2 months prior so that all the arrangements are made properly. We take bookings even 1 week before, if the dates are available.
